This is a semi quick change kit and not a full quick change kit but it does include everything but the quick release axle and axle nut.
This kit includes: Lightech chain adjusters, FFR right & left side wheel guides/ramps, 1 set of captive rear wheel spacers (special left side spacer) and captive caliper bracket.
